Here is the form for those National judges whom have held a past 2013-2021 elected position: USAG State, Regional, or National Committee Chairs, elected NAWGJ SJD, RJD, Executive Officers, or At Large Directors, or elected State Committee Member; USAG and NAWGJ.
1. The form must completed and turned into Jane Caruso no later than December 31, 2024
2. You will need the active SJD at the time of your service to sign the form (Marcy or Terry). If you do not think you will see them in person, you can scan and email the document and they can sign in that capacity.
3. This is a one time look back credit for the upcoming new requirements for the National level testing in 2026.
