You will still sign the Sanction which is included in the meet director materials.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><em>I<\/em><\/strong><\/span><b><i><u>f and only if there are incidents to report, <\/u><\/i><\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>you will need to fill out the Meet Ref Report form<\/strong><\/em><\/span><b><i>.\u00a0 <\/i><\/b>You can access the form through<i><u><\/u><\/i> your<b><i> USAG profile<\/i><\/b>. That form that can be submitted by fax or email.
