Professional Activity Reporting

There is a NEW button on GymJas called “Activity Reports”.
It is the very last one on the Home Page (below Create a Contract). This form allows you to report professional activity (mock meets, in-gym experience, Training Camp, volunteering, etc.) related to your role as a NAWGJ gymnastics judge in case a report is needed for General or Professional Liability Insurance documentation.
Each judge must file their own form. It’s very simple and quite self-explanatory to use. You DO NOT need to fill out this form for any activity where you receive and accept an official contract from NAWGJ — it is just for those activities (as stated above) that do not come with a contract, but are still judging related activities.
As an active NAWGJ judge, you are covered by insurance during all of these activities in the event an accident should occur, and this form simply assists with documentation.
To create or view documentation for insured professional activity click “Activity Report”.
❗️Report a Professional Activity
Fill out this form to report professional activity related to your role as a NAWGJ gymnastics judge in case a report is needed for General or Professional Liability Insurance documentation.
✅ This form must be submitted no later than end of day on the day the activity is conducted.
✅ Do not submit for activities that are not related to your professional role as a judge (e.g. coaching, choreographer, other non-judging activities).
✅ You do not need to submit a form for NAWGJ-contracted meets.
✅ If more than one judge is participating in an event/activity, each judge must submit an individual form.
Once you’ve filled out your activity and hit “submit”, you can go back in and will see the information you entered instead of “No current reports”. You will have the ability to edit the form if changes occur or delete it completely if the activity gets cancelled. All activities that you submit via this option will be listed here for the entire season and easily accessible if needed.
And that’s it. Easy-peasy! Please use this feature as explained above – it only takes 10 seconds. 🙂
